2. Review all the SERP features that exist in the top results.
3. Make a note of all the SERP features that are on your page.
3. Optimize your page for keywords. Then, add in new features when possible.
4. Use tools to address all the most important related questions to your topic.
5. Add in any schema that you’ll need, based on competition and what the search engines want to see.
After you’ve optimized your webpage, take the time to consistently review and curate your existing content to keep your ranking status.

Your channel provides excellent info, and this is a useful video. However, the things you are discussing pretty much everyone is already doing. These things alone won't get you to #1, IMHO. The things you listed are a great place to start, but much more is needed to rank in a search with decent traffic.
